HR Business Partner South-East London | Hybrid Working | £60,000 - £70,000
We are working with a growing organisation looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and drive people initiatives across the business.
This is a broad generalist role, combining strategic business partnering with hands-on HR support. You'll work closely with managers on employee relations, talent development, performance management, engagement and organisational change, helping to build a high-performing and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and senior leaders on all people-related matters. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and employment law. Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives. Drive employee engagement and culture programmes. Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decisions. Review and improve HR policies, processes and best practice. Support organisational change and business growth initiatives.
About You Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor. Strong generalist HR background across the full employee lifecycle. Experienced in managing complex employee relations cases. Strong understanding of UK employment law. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
