HR Business Partner

Site HR Business Partner Contract: Permanent Location: Severnside

At Müller, we’re passionate about creating a better dairy future and bringing people together to achieve great things. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders in a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment to drive performance, engagement and wellbeing across site.

What you’ll be doing

Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, diagnosing people priorities and delivering impactful people plans Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, recruitment and colleague development Use HR data and insights to drive decisions and improve performance and KPIs Lead workforce planning including organisation design, talent planning and succession Champion engagement, wellbeing and a positive, inclusive culture across site Build strong relationships with trade union representatives and support effective industrial relations

Lead, coach and develop a small HR team

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while identifying and managing risks

What we’re looking for

Proven HR expertise with strong knowledge of employment law and HR metrics Experience working in a unionised environment with strong stakeholder management skills Experience managing or developing a small team Experience in workforce planning, organisation design and driving change Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn insight into action Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders
