Role: HR Business Partner – 12-month FTC

Location: London – Hybrid

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a growing international organization, partnering with global functions and supporting key people initiatives during an exciting period of growth in London.

Acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and HR subject matter expert, this role provides end-to-end HR partnership across all key HR areas, with a primary focus on supporting global roles and functions.

The role ensures high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and change support, while partnering closely with Global HR teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to leaders supporting global roles and functions, providing pragmatic, business-focused HR advice.
  • Represent and embed the HR strategy, ensuring consistent and effective application across the London population.
  • Partner closely with Global HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver global HR policies, frameworks, and programs.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across the global HR network to ensure seamless delivery of HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, internal governance standards, and HR reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to HR governance, policies, and practices aligned with global direction.
  • Coach and advise leaders on people management, organizational design, performance, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, role changes, and transformation activities impacting global teams.
  • Implement and support global HR initiatives locally, including culture, engagement, performance management, talent, and rewards programs.
  • Build strong, credible, and trusted relationships with senior leaders and key HR stakeholders.
  • Communicate HR policies, principles, and standards clearly to support effective management decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent application of statutory obligations, internal controls, and company policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Significant experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within an international, matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience supporting global roles and/or global functions.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong global mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
