About the Role

Responsibilities

Your role involves driving pivotal HR strategies and ensuring corporate success:

• People culture and employee experience: Champion initiatives shaping employee engagement, talent management, and overall workplace culture.

• Strategic collaboration: Partner with senior managers and leadership teams to align HR strategies with business priorities.

• Expert guidance: Provide specialised input on employment policies and employee relations, empowering people leaders with critical insights.

• Decision-making and ownership: Take ownership of projects, earn multifaceted trust, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Project and global initiatives: Lead both local and international HR projects, enhancing organisational efficiency and fostering innovation.

• Workforce and retention planning: Drive impactful workforce planning, retention strategies, and continuous development within the people team.

Requirements

Your potential as a People & Culture Business Partner aligns well with the following qualifications:

• Experience: – At least 5 years of HR experience required. – 2+ years as a strategic HR business partner or equivalent leadership experience essential.

• Expert Knowledge: – Proficiency in UK employment law and adept application in employee relations.

• Education: – Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred. – CIPD Level 5 or equivalent highly desirable.

• Communication Skills: – Strong interpersonal abilities for engagement across all organisational levels. – Elite presentation skills to convey ideas to senior leadership effectively.

• Attitude: – Motivated "can-do" mindset. – Flexible adaptability to shifting priorities and unexpected challenges.

• Technical Proficiency: – Fluent in common Microsoft Office tools. – Adaptable to hybrid working frameworks and diverse work environments.
