About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and business performance. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence strategic people decisions while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will support our UK operations and provide HR guidance to a small employee population across several additional countries, helping to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture aligned with Arxada’s values of collaboration, fostering grit, deciding and driving, and going beyond.

Essential Job Functions
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide trusted guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management, and employment legislation compliance.
- Support organizational change, restructuring, business transformation, and leadership development initiatives across supported sites.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational performance.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver effective recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and people solutions.
- Utilize workforce insights and people metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Provide HR support for employees in a small number of additional countries, partnering with local leaders and external providers to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices.
- Experience supporting leaders within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and develop effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organization and supporting multiple countries is preferred.
- Experience with change management, organizational development, and Workday is advantageous.
