At WPS, we're looking for a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering impactful people solutions across our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior leaders, support growth, and truly make a difference.
🌟 About The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with leadership teams to deliver best-in-class people practices, ensuring alignment with our wider business strategy. You'll bring challenge, insight, and expertise—helping us create a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce.
This is a national role with travel required, giving you exposure across multiple business areas and projects.
🔑 What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior leaders to coach, challenge and support on all people matters
- Deliver key people processes, including salary and bonus reviews, ensuring data integrity
- Drive performance management and talent development, supporting succession planning across the business
- Lead and support business change and transformation programmes
- Use data and insight to support business planning and decision-making
- Create and deliver resourcing plans aligned to business needs and D&I goals
- Support capability development through learning & development interventions
- Manage employee relations cases effectively and consistently
- Ensure governance, compliance and best practice are embedded across all people processes

💡 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner or senior HR professional
- Strong ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Experience driving change, transformation and people initiatives
- Solid understanding of ER, performance management, and talent development
- A data-led mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
- A collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering great people outcomes
