About the role
As an HR Business Solution Architect, you are expected to be familiar with HR global best practices, able to translate business needs into process design & business logic and advocate for Oracle HCM best practices to fulfill those needs through.
As a solution architect you are accountable for developing and delivering solutions based on each initiative’s needs. An SA ensures they propose multiple viable solutions to a given need and work with the initiative prioritization combined with the Target Architecture and guidance of EA to ensure the company implements solutions in line with short- and long-term expectations. The Solution Architect creates information, business, and technology architecture to address initiative needs, considering multiple perspectives such as:

SA aims to incorporate the Target Architecture and realize it through their initiatives while navigating the balance between initiative goals and long-term goals.
A solution architect has 80% execution focus, and 20% strategic focus centered on understanding and implementing strategic goals and giving feedback on feasibility & practicality of the strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Solution Architecture for initiatives.
- Understand and execute upon:
- Enterprise & Domain Architecture
- Initiative needs & goals
- Architecture Principles
- Develop and maintain:
- Guesstimates & estimates for solution proposals
- High Level Architecture (Business, Information, Technical)
- Co-ordination with development & execution
- Architecture principles
- Design Patterns
- Support & assist with:
- Screening & Planning of initiatives
- Development & Execution of initiatives
- Planning of project activities
- Managing technical debt
About you
- 3+ years in Oracle HCM Solution Architecture
- 5+ years working with global HR solutions
- 7+ years in HRIT and/or HR solution architecture space

The annual salary for this position is between 80k to 110k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
