HR Change Lead - TUPE Project

We are currently working in partnership with our public sector client to appoint an HR Change Lead on a 9-month fixed term contract to lead on a TUPE project. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TUPE and people change specialist to support a significant organisational change programme within a growing organisation.

Based in Manchester, with travel required to London as needed, the role offers hybrid working (3 days home working) and a salary of £65,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be confident developing detailed project plans, reports and progress updates, while building effective relationships with senior leaders, trade unions, staff representatives and wider stakeholders.

Duties

  • Leading and delivering the TUPE process for transferring colleagues, including consultation, due diligence, compliance and integration activity
  • Developing comprehensive people change project plans, including timelines, resources, milestones, risks and progress updates
  • Working with senior leaders, trade unions, staff representatives and key stakeholders to support clear communication throughout the change process
  • Maintaining detailed project records, managing the risk register and providing routine status updates to programme boards and directors
  • Providing change project management expertise, constructive challenge and support around cultural change, staff wellbeing and development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
