What will I do?
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS) as well as Helping to drive impactful learning initiatives across the organisation
- Coordinating training programmes and maintaining accurate learning records
- Taking the lead on the onboarding journey for new starters across the group, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to the business
- Internal contractual amendments and supporting employees through internal career moves
Is this the role for me?
- Strong admin and coordination skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Experience in the use of various IT software and systems – excellent MS Office and Excel skills and HR, payroll, ATS, LMS and CMS experience
