Human Resources Co-Ordinator
Salary: £27,052 - £29,345 per annum
Hours: 35 Hours per Week
Location: Wildwood
Team: Human Resources Operations Team
Contract: Temporary for 7 months
The Role

Our passion for customer focus and adding value for managers and employees ensures that we deliver a first-class service. We are looking for a HR Co-Ordinator to be part of our busy HR Advice and Guidance Team, providing a high-quality service to over a 2,500 workforce.
In this critical role, you will be responding to contact from our managers and employees via our first point of contact model in a confidential, professional, prompt, and efficient way and providing some basic HR advice at that first point of contact.
As a key member of our busy team, this exciting role is an opportunity to develop your HR career in a rewarding environment, with a friendly team who are keen to support your development and help you excel in this customer-focused role.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be incredibly organised, experienced in managing a high volume of work, and be comfortable working at pace to deadlines. Most importantly, you will be highly motivated to work with people.
You will be an effective communicator, with a strong customer focus, co-ordinating, signposting, and providing advice and promoting best practice on a full range of employment matters. You will have excellent attention to detail and be confident in using Microsoft Office.
You will need:
- A Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards or equivalent experience
- A flexible and resilient approach to work.
- A personal commitment to continuous professional development.
