About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated HR / CIPD / Employment Law professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, providing expert advice on HR documentation, employment policies, and employment law compliance. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, review, and advise on various HR documents such as employment contracts, employee letters, policies, and guidance materials. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of HR issues within a fast-paced environment, making it ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in HR or employment law. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively, ensuring that all documentation aligns with legal standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Relevant HR qualification such as CIPD Level 3 or higher, or equivalent experience in HR or employment law.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in advising on HR documentation and employment policies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using HR software and digital communication tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on developing and reviewing HR documentation, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Assess clients' existing policies and procedures, offering recommendations for improvements or updates to mitigate legal risks.
- Create and customize employment contracts, policies, letters, and employee guidance documents tailored to client needs.
- Guide clients through HR software platforms such as Brightbase and BrightHR, facilitating access to documentation and resources.
- Engage proactively with clients via phone and Teams calls, offering insights based on data analytics and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and advice provided within internal systems.
- Develop bespoke supporting documentation to help clients implement HR solutions effectively.
- Conduct welcome calls for new clients, establishing a strong foundation for ongoing support and engagement.
- Manage own workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and KPI targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services, facilitating cross-selling and client retention.
- Contribute to project work and special initiatives as directed by management.
- Represent the company professionally during presentations, meetings, and industry events.
- Actively seek client feedback to improve service quality and support the company's online reputation.
