Role Overview
As an HR Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering trusted employment law advice, practical guidance, and proactive HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients. Acting as a dedicated consultant and trusted partner for several SafeHR accounts, you'll build strong relationships, understand each client's unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their business objectives with confidence.

What that means day to day
- Provide expert HR and employment law advice and support to clients, helping them navigate complex people matters and achieve their business objectives.
- Act as a trusted HR partner and dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Deliver tailored HR solutions, guidance, and best practice recommendations to support effective people management across a range of industries.
- Create, maintain, and review legally compliant HR documentation, including contracts, policies, handbooks, and employee correspondence.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the HR consultancy service through client engagement, networking, webinars, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.

What you’ll need to be successful
To thrive in this role, you'll bring experience working in an operational HR, HR Advisory, or HR Consultancy environment, with a strong understanding of employment law and a proven ability to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice. You'll be confident supporting a wide range of employee relations and people management matters, building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, and communicating complex information in a clear and professional manner.
You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), or a postgraduate qualification in Law, alongside a passion for delivering excellent client service and helping businesses achieve positive people outcomes.
