We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our thriving HR Team at SIPS Education.
This role will provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to internal and external clients. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support managers and schools in dealing with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and TUPE related matters. Working individually and as part of a team, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent HR support.
Previous experience working with schools is a distinct advantage, but more importantly you will have strong background in HR, you will have outstanding customer service skills, be enthusiastic, flexible and willing to support the development of new service lines. You will have a desire to work as part of an enthusiastic and busy department.
- Position: Full time (37 hours), 52 weeks
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid working available
- Travel: Ability to travel around the Midlands area is essential. Requests for term time working will be considered.

- This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
