Expleo HR Consultant Opportunity

Expleo is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support a major UK-based customer on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role based in Whitley, Coventry, with a combination of home working and office attendance (typically 2–3 days per week).

Working within a busy HR Contact Centre environment, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex queries, and working within a fast-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries via email, portal, virtual chat, and outbound telephone calls.
  • Provide guidance and support on a broad range of HR policies and processes, including recruitment, performance management, reward, employee relations, and absence management.
  • Understand employee circumstances and provide clear, accurate advice to help individuals navigate HR procedures effectively.
  • Coach and support managers in applying HR policies consistently and in line with employment legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders to ensure an excellent employee experience.
  • Manage escalated enquiries from digital and virtual assistant platforms.
  • Support the delivery of agreed service levels by ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with wider HR teams and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with the administration, development, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and knowledge resources.
  • Support reporting activities and other operational tasks as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
