Job Description

HR Coordinator, Europe and Asia Pacific (EAP)

  • Location: London, UK
  • Department: Human Resources, Operations, Europe & Asia Pacific
  • Contract: Fixed Term (6 months)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our annual re-screening program for regulated and non-regulated colleagues across Europe and Asia Pacific.

You will work closely with our 3rd party background screening vendor and internal stakeholders, including Compliance and HR Business Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in HR administration who is looking to expand their knowledge of UK, Singapore, and Ireland regulation and HR lifecycle activity.

Position Overview

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for the annual regulatory re-screen program across the EAP region, providing timely responses to colleagues and our 3rd party background screening vendor via the HR Mailbox.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across HR and Compliance to provide timely updates and escalations related to the annual re-screening program as required.
  • Maintain a master tracker of the annual rescreening program, ensuring background screening and fit and proper assessments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Creation and issuance of regulatory Certificates for the UK and Ireland via Workday.
  • Ad-hoc administration related to the annual regulatory re-screen program.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
