HR Coordinator, Europe, and Asia Pacific (EAP) – London, UK (Fixed Term Contract, 6 Months)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team based in London, UK.
Position Overview
As the HR Coordinator for Europe and Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for managing our annual regulatory re-screening program for regulated and non-regulated colleagues across the EAP region. Reporting to the HR Operations and Compliance Leadership Team.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the annual regulatory re-screen program, responding to colleagues’ and our 3rd-party vendor’s inquiries via the HR Mailbox in a timely manner.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in HR and Compliance to provide timely updates and escalations related to the annual re-screening program.
- Maintain an accurate master tracker of the annual re-screening program, ensuring:
- Background screenings
- Fit and proper assessments are completed correctly, accurately, and on time.
- Assist in the creation and issuance of regulatory certificates (UK and Ireland) via Workday.
- Perform ad-hoc administration tasks related to the annual re-screen programme.

Requirements
Core Skills & Experiences:
- Demonstrable experience in HR administration (proven track record).
- Experience with background screening (desirable).
- Familiarity with the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Senior Manager’s Regime (SMCR) (desirable).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills—able to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Workday.
- Collaborative work ethic with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
