Join a Highly Successful and Growing Team as an HR Coordinator
Provide essential support across Talent Acquisition and Human Resources programmes. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across HR processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of our best clients in an exciting chapter as they continue to grow their London studio. Candidates with experience working in an architecture, construction, or engineering firm will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Support the recruitment process from requisition approval through to offer acceptance
- Manage candidate communications, including interview invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding activities
- Assist with employee engagement, recognition programmes, surveys, and performance review cycles
- Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling and logistics
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with a strong focus on data integrity and confidentiality
- Support HR compliance activities, reporting, audits, and documentation management
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and HR projects
- Assist with the implementation of new HR policies, processes, and systems across international locations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition support, or a similar HR role
- Experience supporting recruitment and HR programmes within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and discretion
- Knowledge of UK employment practices; international experience is advantageous
- Additional European language skills, particularly Spanish, are desirable
- The right to live and work in the UK
