HR Coordinator – London Office 📍 London
About the Role 💼
We’re seeking a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our People team in our London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic HR environment, supporting the full employee lifecycle across our UK and US teams!
You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, assist with onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR systems and records, and contribute to new People initiatives. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This position is based in our London office, with the expectation of working US hours two days per week to support international operations.
Key Responsibilities 📋
For a part of each day:
- Assist the HR team responding to day-to-day queries on HR systems, payroll, benefits, policies, and employee administration.
- Support onboarding and offboarding—contract drafting, right-to-work checks, reference checks, employee records, and seamless transitioning.
- Conduct HR inductions for remote and global teams, including new starters.
- Draft and manage employment documentation, including contractual changes, reference letters.
- Maintain HR records via HiBob and ensure compliance with data audits and reporting.
- Administer employee benefits, handling queries and enrolments changes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies across the UK and US.
- Support and update HR policies, processes, and templates.
- Manage performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and surveys.
- Analyse onboarding/offboarding data to improve HR strategies.
- Administer HR meetings and provide general support and coordination.
- Handle HR-related invoices and liaise with external suppliers.

- 2-3 years of HR/admin experience (HiBob experience is valuable but not mandatory).
- A passion for people management and organisational growth.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, positive, and approachable attitude.
- Strong organisational skills to multi-task, prioritise, and solve problems.
- Sharp attention to detail—critical for HR- and payroll-related tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential HR matters with discretion and diplomacy.
- Customer-service focus and capability to liaise across teams.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
