Are you looking to start your HR career?
We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our global HR Operations team. This position is located at our offices in Gatwick, West Sussex, and offers an exciting chance for a recent HR graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience within a structured, international environment.
In this role, you will be central to our HR processes, providing support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining HR data and ensuring seamless operations.
You’ll work alongside experienced HR colleagues across multiple regions, building a strong foundation in HR operations while developing skills essential for your future career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations by processing requests and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- Preparing HR documentation and updating HR systems
- Ensuring HR data accuracy, supporting reporting, and maintaining compliance
- Helping improve HR processes and best practices

The Role
(What Skills and Background Matter Most?)
We understand this could be your first HR role, so we value potential over precise experience. You may have:
- A recent graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Alternatively, a few years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Key Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a preference for structured, meticulous work
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
- An interest in HR processes, systems, and data management
- Clear communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Reliability, proactiveness, and a drive to learn
