Role Information
Are you an organised, proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy supporting people, solving problems, and keeping processes running smoothly? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our HR team and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding people experience across the employee lifecycle. You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring employees and managers receive professional, timely, and accurate support.
This is a permanent position, hybrid working, coming into our Burton office 2 days a week.
What You'll Be Doing
As an HR Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our people operations, helping to ensure every stage of the employee journey is managed efficiently and compliantly. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Producing contracts, employment documentation, and employee correspondence.
- Supporting managers and employees with HR queries and policy guidance.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Processing contractual changes, family leave, and leaver administration.
- Supporting absence management processes and HR projects.
- Producing reports and ensuring service level agreements are consistently achieved.

- Previous experience in a busy HR administration or HR coordination role.
- A solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to support colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is desirable
