About The Role
We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join the HR & Talent Acquisition team at GlobalData Healthcare. You’ll be supporting our growth by going the extra mile so that recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and new employees alike are equipped and supported with all they need to grow at the rapid rate we are. You will be the first-person new employees meet on their first day so it’s vital you are able to make this is a resoundingly smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Provide general recruitment and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and People teams.
- Prepare, issue and administer offer letters, employment contracts and employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while managing high recruitment volumes.
- Coordinate the end-to-end candidate onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from offer acceptance through to first day.
- Ensure all employees have the appropriate right to work documentation for the relevant country and assist with visa and sponsorship applications where required.
- Initiate and monitor pre-employment screening and background checks, including conducting in-person right to work checks from the London office where required.
- Manage job board postings, LinkedIn Recruiter administration and recruitment system maintenance.
- Maintain and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records are accurate and up to date.
- Add new hires into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ATS, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure new starters are processed accurately and in time for payroll deadlines.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including welcoming candidates and hosting office visits.
- Coordinate employee referral activity and maintain referral records.
- Work on continuous improvement projects to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

HR Administration & People Coordination
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring all documentation is complete, confidential and compliant.
- Support onboarding by coordinating equipment, system access, induction schedules and new starter documentation in partnership with People Operations.
- Coordinate the monthly corporate induction programme, ensuring all new employees receive a positive onboarding experience.
- Manage the HR administration associated with employee changes, including promotions, transfers, salary changes, contract amendments and flexible working arrangements.
- Coordinate the offboarding process, including resignation acknowledgements, exit documentation, system updates and communication with relevant internal teams.
- Assist with maintaining HR policies, templates and employee documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Produce regular HR and recruitment reports, dashboards and people metrics from the HRIS and ATS.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring employee data changes are communicated accurately and within deadlines.
- Assist with annual HR activities such as performance review cycles, engagement surveys, benefits administration and mandatory compliance training.
- Respond to employee queries on HR processes and policies, escalating complex issues where appropriate.

You Should Apply If
- You're highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and have proven experience in a busy administration, coordination, HR or recruitment support role.
- You have previous experience supporting recruitment, HR administration or People Operations in a fast-paced environment.
- You've worked within a high-growth or rapidly changing business.
- You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and enjoy building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You have experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- You're adaptable, proactive and comfortable responding to changing business needs.
- You enjoy solving problems, improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working.
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- You're naturally collaborative and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
