HR Data & Analytics Graduate

Role Purpose:

We’re looking for a data-driven HR Analyst Graduate to join and help shape the future of HR analytics. You’ll play a key role in turning data into insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and building our HR data capabilities from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse HR data and create insightful reports using Tableau and Power BI
  • Support development of the HR Data Lake and scalable data processes
  • Integrate and automate data from multiple sources
  • Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to HR stakeholders
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through KPI analysis
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhance HR analytics capabilities

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel
  • Strong data analysis, ETL, and data management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (e.g. SharePoint, Power Platform)
  • Recent degree or equivalent, in relevant field
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
