Grade 7 from: £41,292 to £44,762 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £48,557 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution.

The role is based in the Human Resources Department. This role provides a comprehensive management information reporting and people data analysis service to inform and support the University’s people and organisational strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Understanding of relevant legislation, frameworks and good practice relating to people data and reporting
- Highly proficient in extracting data from IT systems into Excel and using that data to produce summary reports, charts, and dashboards, using software such as R, Python, KNIME or similar
- Confident user of advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables
- Experience of managing, analysing, and interpreting large and complex data sets, and providing clear commentary and recommendations based on your findings
- Excellent written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicting deadlines
