HR Data & Insights Lead
Offering a 12 month fixed term contract.
Nord Anglia Education is seeking a dedicated HR Data & Insights Lead to join our Group Central Support team at our London Headquarter Office.
In this pivotal role, you will champion the integration and analysis of HR data, providing insightful, data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making across Nord Anglia Education Limited. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance HR reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity and accessibility while driving continuous improvement in people analytics performance.
The Role
- You’ll lead the development of a scalable HR data and analytics capability, supporting the SuccessFactors transformation and enabling a data‑driven, insight-led HR function.
- You’ll define and deliver a global HR data roadmap, ensuring high-quality, integrated data that supports workforce planning, talent decisions, and executive reporting.
- You’ll work closely with HR, Technology, and Finance stakeholders to enhance existing dashboards and build new Power BI reporting solutions, translating complex HR data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- As a team player, you’ll operate across global, regional, and local teams to embed consistent reporting standards and enable a seamless transition to a modern, analytics-enabled HR function.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of HR systems and strong analytical skills. Expertise in data visualisation tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is essential to effectively translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Proficiency in database management and data cleansing techniques will be critical to maintain high data quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify trends and forecast HR metrics accurately.
- Experience collaborating with HR business partners and other stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, by preparing detailed reports and presentations.
- A background in statistical analysis or quantitative research methods is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail, coupled with strong organisational skills, to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Commitment to data privacy and GDPR compliance to maintain employee confidentiality at all times.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for leveraging data to foster an inclusive and empowering workplace culture will ensure success in this role.
