Key Responsibilities
Your role is a strategic, collaborative journey where you:
- Lead the delivery of HR solutions—business (re)planning, culture, business transformation, leadership EVP, org design, D&I, wellbeing, and Talent Management Strategies
- Full accountability for managing your client portfolio, ensuring a first-class HR consultancy experience
- Offer the service while building trusted partnerships within West Midlands and regional teams
- Partner with Regional Directors in bragged GH marketing efforts
- Develop consulting expertise daily
Skillset & Expectations
Experience
✔ Proven ability to strategically align People and Business strategies ✔ Board-level influence and consultancy expertise with a ability to act fast on opportunities ✔ CIPD Level 7 (Chartered Organisational Psychologist / L7), or equivalent preferably ✔ Tech-savvy—comfortable with AI and digital transformation—bringing continuous modern growth
