Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Business Partner to support the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive, high-performing workplace. The successful candidate will collaborate with business leaders and employees to provide HR guidance, enhance employee engagement, support talent initiatives, and ensure effective execution of human resources programs and policies.

The HR Executive / HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance business objectives with employee needs while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment practices.

The HR Executive / HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with leadership, department managers, finance, legal, and employees to deliver HR solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing workforce data
  • Supporting succession planning
  • Assisting with compensation and benefits administration
  • Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of employee information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles, employee lifecycle management, and organizational development practices.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and workforce planning.
  • Understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, compliance requirements, and ethical HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data, prepare HR reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software, HR information systems, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and organizational information.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with managers, employees, and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with HR trends, best practices, and workplace regulations.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, adaptability, and customer-focused service.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture.
