We are currently looking for an HR Front Office Associate based in Newcastle, UK to join our People Services Team.
About the Role
By joining this role, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional employee experience by providing front-line HR support, ensuring timely issue resolution, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems.
Your role will encompass:
- Providing front-line support to employees by addressing HR-related queries and managing ticket submissions through the relevant systems.
- Managing Onboarding / Offboarding / Employment Contracts and all Employee Life Cycle Activities.
- Monitoring and following up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution and keeping employees informed on the status of their requests.
- Identifying, analyzing, and escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate HR teams, ensuring effective and prompt handling.
- Advising employees on HR policies, processes, and procedures, particularly those without HRIS access, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Collecting and analyzing HR data, identifying recurring trends and employee needs, and preparing reports that support process improvements.
- Supporting the continuous enhancement of HR operations, systems, and employee service delivery while ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Process all Visa Sponsorship, mobility and expatriation related documents in cooperation with the law office and other stakeholders to be compliant with the UKVI Home Office and other British Authorities.
- Participate in various HR projects within the team or across divisions.

Requirements
What you bring to the role:
- Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, HR Administration, or a related HR function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems especially in SAP Success Factors platforms & systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality employee support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- You are a native English speaker; any other language (especially Spanish, Italian, or German), on top of native English, will be considered as an asset.
