Position Summary
The HR Generalist provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR function, ensuring the effective delivery of day-to-day HR activities. This includes supporting payroll administration, employee relations processes, HR systems management, recruitment and onboarding, training coordination, and general HR enquiries across the business.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
- Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams
- Impacts own team through the accuracy and quality of work; follows procedures and receives regular supervision
- Uses communication skills to exchange information
- Solves routine problems without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options

Job Profile
- Reports to the Human Resources Manager.
- Works closely with the HR Director (WE), Operations, and wider HR team on a day-to-day basis.
- Interacts with employees at all levels across UK facilities and external stakeholders, including payroll providers, training suppliers, and union representatives.

- Requires established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities
- Requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience

None. Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.

Travel
No regular travel is required. Occasional travel between UK sites may be required depending on business needs.
