HR Generalist
HR Generalist at nGeneration
HR Generalist to support the smooth running of day-to-day people operations across the Information Technology and Services sector. This role is central to creating a well-managed, compliant, and positive employee experience, while helping the company maintain strong HR processes and standards.
An opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing administration, employee support, and recruitment coordination in a hands-on HR role. You will play an important part in supporting employees and managers, helping the business navigate people matters with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
As HR Generalist, you will contribute across the full employee lifecycle, supporting both routine HR activity and more sensitive employee relations matters. The role is suited to someone who can:
- Stay organised
- Handle confidential information appropriately
- Build trusted working relationships across the business

- Manage day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Handle employee relations cases, including:
- Grievances
- Disciplinaries
- Tribunals
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Oversee recruitment activities from job posting through offer stage
- Maintain accurate HR records
- Ensure policy and compliance adherence

Requirements
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience handling employee relations cases, including:
- Grievances
- Disciplinaries
- Strong experience with HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Recruitment coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using Sage HR or an equivalent HR platform
- Familiarity with UK employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
