The Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator / HR Generalist to support a HR Manager within our HR Business Partnering team, with a dedicated focus on our European offices (Germany, France, Luxembourg, Poland and beyond as we continue to grow).
The Team
You’ll be part of a collegiate, dynamic and friendly HR function that supports the firm globally and plays a key role in driving change, improvement and innovation.
You will deliver day-to-day HR support to both fee-earners and business services, helping to provide a consistent, high-quality employee experience while navigating the nuances of multiple jurisdictions, legal frameworks, time zones and cultures.
What You'll Do
Key aspects of the role include:
- Coordinating inductions and employee lifecycle processes across Europe.
- Supporting firmwide people initiatives (e.g. parental support, global mobility, AI-related programmes).
- Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and documentation to ensure efficiency, compliance and best practice.
- Acting as a key contact for local HR administration teams and office stakeholders.
- Producing and analysing HR data and reports to inform decisions.
- Supporting promotions, absence management, probation and fixed-term contract processes.

Areas Of Knowledge And Expertise
- Previous HR generalist experience at a similar level, ideally within professional services or similar environment.
- Experience supporting European jurisdictions would be advantageous
- Keen and strong interest in developing knowledge of local employment and compliance requirements.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
