The Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator / HR Generalist to support a HR Manager within our HR Business Partnering team, with a dedicated focus on our European offices (Germany, France, Luxembourg, Poland and beyond as we continue to grow).

The Team

You’ll be part of a collegiate, dynamic and friendly HR function that supports the firm globally and plays a key role in driving change, improvement and innovation.

You will deliver day-to-day HR support to both fee-earners and business services, helping to provide a consistent, high-quality employee experience while navigating the nuances of multiple jurisdictions, legal frameworks, time zones and cultures.

What You'll Do

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Coordinating inductions and employee lifecycle processes across Europe.
  • Supporting firmwide people initiatives (e.g. parental support, global mobility, AI-related programmes).
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and documentation to ensure efficiency, compliance and best practice.
  • Acting as a key contact for local HR administration teams and office stakeholders.
  • Producing and analysing HR data and reports to inform decisions.
  • Supporting promotions, absence management, probation and fixed-term contract processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
