HR Generalist - OTE 35k (Maternity Cover)
HR Generalist Location: Liverpool Full-time: Monday to Friday Salary: £28,000 and £4,000 commissions based on performance Are you looking for a fulfilling role in HR, recruitment and growth development? Our top priority is finding the right talent to suit our positions, and the Sales HR Generalist will make it his or her mission to recruit the right sales personnel to represent Verisure UK. Skills and experience necessary: University degree in fields such as HR, psychology, or organisational sociology (preferable) Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, dealing with high volume, ideally in sales recruitment Experience managing employee relations topics would be high considered Strong interpersonal and listening skills Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively Innovative and motivated to provide suggestions for process improvement Analytical and results oriented. Having a sales mind-set is extremely beneficial As a HR Generalist, you will be in charge of a Sales Region with different branches in which you will focus on the recruitment for our Sales Force and ensure all the HR matters are compliance with the UK Regulations and our policies. You will work directly with the sales Branch Managers and the Territorial Manager to ensure his or her team achieves the recruitment target. Additionally, you will also support the new hires during their on boarding process. More specifically, you will: Manage the candidate journey since his or her first interview until the onboarding stage Interview Candidates and assess their potential for the position Coordinate interview calendars with branch managers and team leaders Conduct company presentations to candidates Collect feedback from other interviewers about your candidates Ensuring that all documents are correctly filled and completed (right to work, new starters DBS, Data protection training…). Conducting locally the disciplinary sanctions, following terminations and complaints in accordance with the employer and labour relations manager. Carrying out the reports requested or set up by HR specialists or HR Director. Participating to HR project’s deployment (training, assessment, skills management, referral program, employer branding, engagement survey). Why work with us?
