Overview
SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, is in an exciting phase of growth and integration across North Europe. As HR Generalist for the UK, you will be the local HR presence for a diverse, fast-moving business, supporting managers and employees across commercial, marketing, sales, e-commerce, and supply chain functions.
You report directly to the HR Lead for the North Europe cluster and work closely with our Shared Service Centre, which handles transactional HR. Your role is not only about administration, it is about being present, building trusted relationships, and making sure the right support reaches the right people at the right time.
This is a role for someone who is grounded, pragmatic, and knows when to act and when to escalate. You are comfortable working independently across a multi-country environment while being a strong team player within the wider North Europe HR team.
We are open to applicants willing to join for a full-time and/or part-time role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
