HR Generalist UK & Ireland
As HR Generalist UK & Ireland, you are the first point of contact for employees and managers across the UK and Ireland on all topics along the employee lifecycle, recruiting excepted. You run the day-to-day people operations for the region, support transformation projects, and work as part of the group-wide People team. You report to the HR Manager.

Requirements
What you will be doing
- Act as the first contact for employees and managers in the UK and Ireland across the employee lifecycle.
- Support and advise managers on employee relations, people performance, organization and development.
- Set up employment contracts in close consultation with the Talent Acquisition team, and guide new joiners through onboarding.
- Run the local annual cycle deliverables, including performance management, merit and talent reviews.
- Support departing colleagues through a complete offboarding process.
- Ensure the implementation of and compliance with People policies and procedures across the region.
- Contribute to People projects and initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and retention, including those linked to our AI-native transition.

What you will need to be successful
- Two to four years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international software or technology company.
- Working knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law.
- Comfort across the full spectrum of HR work, from employee support to benefits coordination and communication.
- Analytical, well organised, and able to manage several priorities at once.
- Proficiency with an HRIS. Knowledge of BambooHR is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A minimum of four days per week in the Birmingham office.
