Purpose
The HR Generalist is responsible for all HR administration for the region. This role is also the first contact for employees in all their HR-related matters. The HR Generalist takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service by correctly executing the first time around. This role is furthermore involved in HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, projects etc.
Activities and Responsibilities
- Is responsible for HR administration: preparing contracts, entering data, handling mandatory registrations (e.g. Pensions holidays and sickness registration).
- Is responsible for all administration concerning employee benefits.
- Is responsible for the initial onboarding of new employees: welcoming new employees and providing health and safety training.
- Is responsible for off boarding activities: collecting Medline property and administering exit interviews.
- Supports European HR activities: organisational charts, announcements and rolling out European programmes.
- Is the initial contact for employees in HR matters.

Job Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience and a successful track record
- CIPD level 3
- Ability to manage multiple tasks by being well-organised
- Resourceful, determined, takes a collaborative approach and has a strong sense of urgency
- Driven by data accuracy and detail orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Results oriented and self-directed
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Critical thinking skills and open to making continuous improvements
- Good knowledge of MS Office, HRIS system(s) - Experience of Workday is preferred
