Bring Order to Complexity. Influence at the Highest Level. Deliver What Matters.

At Sizewell C, we're building one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects. Success requires more than great people—it requires exceptional governance, rigorous delivery and the confidence to challenge when it matters most.

This is not a traditional HR project role.

We're looking for a highly credible, resilient and influential professional who can operate in a fast-moving, politically complex environment, bringing structure, discipline and accountability to critical People initiatives.

You'll work alongside senior leaders across the business, driving the governance and delivery of strategic HR programmes that directly support one of the largest and most ambitious projects in the country.

If you thrive under pressure, enjoy navigating ambiguity, and have the confidence to hold senior stakeholders accountable whilst building trusted relationships, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Location – Ideally Ipswich, but would consider London

Salary – c£75 dependent on experience

Bonus – 10%

Pension – contributory up to 7.5% employee/ 15% employer

Holiday – 28 days plus bank holidays

Private medical insurance

Closing date – Friday 31st July 2026

The Opportunity

As HR Governance & Projects Manager, you'll sit at the heart of the People function, leading a diverse portfolio of high-profile initiatives and ensuring robust governance standards are embedded across everything we do.

You'll be the person who keeps complex programmes moving forward, identifies issues before they become risks, and creates clarity when priorities shift.

This role demands gravitas, resilience and sound judgement. You'll regularly engage with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, influence decisions and provide the governance frameworks that enable successful delivery.

No two days will be the same.

One moment you'll be preparing papers for Executive or Board review, the next you'll be managing competing priorities across multiple projects, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and ensuring critical actions are delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
