Nexperia UK HR Graduate Opportunity
Nexperia UK is seeking a proactive and motivated HR Graduate to join our UK Semiconductor Manufacturing site based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your HR career within a high-tech, fast-paced environment, supporting a site with 1000+ employees. Over a two-year period, this role is designed for you to gain full exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and cross-functional projects, whilst becoming a vital part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
As a HR Graduate at Nexperia, you will gain experience in:
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Support the organisation of employee inductions and orientation programmes
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities on site
- Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Employee Support & HR Service Delivery
- Work with the HR team to address employee queries and concerns
- Support initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
HR Administration & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for management
Compliance, Policies & Governance
- Assist with compliance activities and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews, internal communications, or culture initiatives

What you will need
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Law, or Social Sciences
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Great IT skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism
- Desire to complete a funded CIPD certification alongside work
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Experience using a HRIS system
- Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding, ER, recruitment, payroll cycles, etc)
