HR Graduate
Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for an HR Graduate to join our ROW HR Team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of efficient, technology-enabled HR operations across the business. You will be expected to travel between our Gloucestershire sites as required so flexibility and the ability to travel are essential. This opportunity is ideal for a recent HR graduate, or a graduate in Business with a specialism in Human Resources, who is ready to launch their HR career and build a strong foundation across a broad range of people-related activities. The Role In this role you’ll support our day-to-day HR operations through our HR Service Desk platform, helping ensure a smooth and positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be involved in onboarding, employee changes, data management, benefits administration, and offboarding, building strong HR foundations as you develop. What makes this role stand out is its clear focus on technology enablement and digital optimisation. You’ll help identify opportunities to streamline and modernise HR processes, contribute to automation and AI-based improvements, and use data and insights to enhance our service delivery. Working closely with the HR Services Manager, HR Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence, you’ll play an active role in shaping how technology supports HR across Ontic. About You You’ll bring a genuine interest in both HR and emerging technologies, with a curiosity about how automation and digital tools can transform employee experience. This role will suit someone who is excited by the blend of HR administration and digital innovation and who will bring a curiosity for how technology can transform processes and employee experience. You’ll be organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll interact with employees, managers, and HR colleagues daily. Confidence using Microsoft Office is important, and an interest in HR systems or data will help you thrive — full training will be provided.
