HR Graduate (18-month initial contract)
The HR Graduate is a full-time hybrid role based in Northern England / Southern Scotland, with regular travel to Fevara’s Head Office in Warwick Mill, Carlisle, Cumbria and our manufacturing sites in Silloth and Ayr when required.

Role Description

The HR team are very much hands-on and fundamental in supporting Fevara plc and its employees to achieve their goals. The HR Graduate role will provide vital support across the full spectrum of HR operations, working closely with the HR & Payroll Manager and HR Generalist. They will also collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high-quality HR service for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
- Assisting with HR administration and maintaining accurate employee records
- Helping deliver employee engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives.
- Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR enquiries
- Analysing people data and producing reports and insights
- Contributing to key HR and business improvement projects
- Building an understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Participating in development activities designed to accelerate your learning and career growth
You’ll need to:
- Have recently graduated (or graduating this year) with a degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related subject
- Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate integrity, diplomacy and confidentiality at all times
- Have a proactive approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
