Our HR Graduate Programme offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience across key areas of human resources. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and get involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, talent development and HR strategy. Alongside the continuous on-the-job learning, we’ll fully support your professional development in giving you the opportunity to complete your CIPD Level 5 qualification.
HR Graduate Pay, Benefits And More
- You’ll be offered a starting salary of £27,000 per annum, rising to £29,000 in your second year
- We encourage a good work-life balance, so you’ll get 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), we look after your health by providing you with a 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme

Some of the Things You’ll Be Involved in as a HR Graduate:
- General HR Support – preparing reports and presentations, assisting senior HR professionals with various tasks and supporting our diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives
- Ensuring compliance of policies – updating company policies in line with any employment law changes and supporting with any audits
- Supporting with employee relations and engagement
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
- Assisting with the creation of employment contracts
What You Need To Succeed As a HR Graduate
- As a minimum, we require you to have a 2:2 or above in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Right to work in the UK beyond a Graduate Visa or Skilled work route
- Full Driving Licence by September 2026
- Flexible approach to location (you will be expected to move around the UK for different placements)
- The drive and desire to succeed in an exciting environment
