This proactive Internship will offer hands-on experience in UK Immigration support, spanning:
- Immigration application preparation & submission
- Document tracking & compliance
- Detailed reporting on sponsored work visa routes, including:
- Global Business Mobility
- Skilled Worker pathways
By joining TCS, you’ll develop expertise in UK immigration categories, working closely with a cross-functional UK Immigration team while gaining exposure to HR, mobility, and compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Intern will assist with the following, under guidance:
- Drafting UK immigration application submissions and supporting documentation.
- Navigating the:
- UK Points-Based System (PBS)
- Sponsorship Management System (SMS)
- Managing administrative tasks across Global Business Mobility (GBM), Skilled Worker visas, and other work-related immigration processes.
- Tracking:
- UK immigration deadlines
- Rights-to-work documentation
- Internal compliance requirements
- Researching immigration rules, policy updates, and procedural guidance.
- Maintaining accurate case records, data trackers, and employee databases per internal processes.
- Preparing earlier drafts of employee status updates and internal reports.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather documents and information.
- Supporting audits, data verification, and process reporting.
- Contributing to:
- Templates and knowledge resources
- Process improvement initiatives

Requirements and Profile
We seek an ambitious candidate with:
- A strong interest in UK immigration, HR, employment law, global mobility, or international business.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, capable of multitasking to tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong research, analytical, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
