About Us
Blackmont Consulting is a student-led organization focused on providing structured international consulting project experience for students and recent graduates. At Blackmont, teams perform analytical project work to support organizations in improving decision-making, operational performance, and business outcomes. Our international team collaborates across projects to deliver practical, structured recommendations from initial analysis through implementation planning.
Key Duties Include
- Conducting the recruitment process through LinkedIn and approved channels.
- Maintaining an updated Excel record of candidate contacts and status details.
- Attending weekly coordination meetings with the Branch Manager.
- Minimum commitment of 5-6 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge or interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a desire to develop practical skills.
- Interest in Personnel Management, including supporting onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at different levels and from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).

The Program
We select qualified students to support defined consulting and recruitment activities for active project teams. Candidate selection is based on skills, reliability, and role fit.
