HR - Luxury Retail

HR Advisor

NEON are partnered with a Global luxury brand in search of an HR to join their London Head Office Team

The role will support all areas of HR including from onboarding to exit, ensuring compliance of employment procedures, policies and employment legislation for both retail & head office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with all database admin and compliance matters
  • Provide the Management team, assist then with employee relations advice for all employees and managers, in line with current legislation, best practice and company policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships with managers and employees to support ways working and to implement best practices.
  • Support on projects and coordinate all relevant HR input activity.
  • Drive the operational side of the business for excellence with innovative ideas and suggestions for efficiency in all HR admin and technical database driven activity

Who are you?

  • Have some understanding and experience of HR, from a head office or perhaps retail / hospitality level
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office products, strong Excel Skills
  • Some HR Database experience ideally large scale SAP or WORKDAY
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and deliver under pressure.
