An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading international professional services organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Location: London based - hybrid working
Salary: £80,000 - £98,500
Working closely with senior business leaders, you will act as a trusted HR partner, delivering strategic and operational people solutions that support business objectives, drive performance, and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Coach and support leaders on people management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Lead and support performance management processes, including objective setting, reviews, and calibration discussions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage workforce planning activities, including headcount analysis and organizational design considerations.
- Support employee relations matters and provide practical, commercially focused HR advice.
- Collaborate with recruitment and learning teams to support talent acquisition and development initiatives.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven HR Business Partnering or HR Manager experience within a complex, fast-paced organization.
- Strong experience across talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
