Role Overview

The Royal College of Music is seeking to appoint an HR Manager who will lead a small team responsible for day-to-day operational HR processes, including payroll inputting, pensions administration and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a small team responsible for day-to-day operational HR processes
  • Ensuring the delivery of a consistently excellent standard of service to all stakeholders
  • Continually seeking ways to improve HR processes
  • Providing professional advice on employment policies, casework, and best practice

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations
  • Working knowledge of HR databases, ideally iTrent
  • Experience of job evaluation
  • Up-to-date understanding of employment law
