Role Overview
The Royal College of Music is seeking to appoint an HR Manager who will lead a small team responsible for day-to-day operational HR processes, including payroll inputting, pensions administration and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a small team responsible for day-to-day operational HR processes
- Ensuring the delivery of a consistently excellent standard of service to all stakeholders
- Continually seeking ways to improve HR processes
- Providing professional advice on employment policies, casework, and best practice

Requirements
- Experience in HR operations
- Working knowledge of HR databases, ideally iTrent
- Experience of job evaluation
- Up-to-date understanding of employment law
