HR Manager - 12m FTC - Not-for-Profit organisation
Circa £60k per annum
We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to join a busy organisation on an interim basis, available to start at short notice.
This is a hands-on role requiring a confident HR professional who can provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle while supporting and developing people practices.

Key areas of focus will include:
- Learning & Development strategy and programme delivery
- Performance management frameworks, processes, and reviews
- Management and leadership capability development
- Employee relations and HR advisory support
- Policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will have a broad generalist HR background, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven experience of embedding L&D and performance management processes that drive organisational capability and performance.
