HR & People Manager

London | Hybrid Working (2-3 Days per Week)

PropSource Consulting has partnered with a well-established independent planning and development consultancy to appoint an experienced HR & People Manager.

This is an opportunity to join a successful business of almost 200 people and become a key member of its ambitious HR team. Working closely with the HR Director, you'll help shape a proactive, commercially focused HR & People function while playing an important role in the company's continued growth.

As the operational number two within the team, you'll lead the day-to-day HR function while managing and developing two team members. You'll oversee the full generalist HR remit, from employee relations and recruitment through to performance management, while driving improvements across systems, processes and the wider HR & People function.

Beyond the day-to-day role, you'll have the opportunity to lead several business-critical projects, including a review of the benefits package, succession planning, improvements to people data and reporting as well as the continued evolution of a more proactive HR function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
