What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of required targets for Larbert Operations by providing HR functional support to the site.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices that align with operational and financial objectives.
- Create an environment and culture that promotes team involvement and continuous improvement.
- Champion HR best practice and support AD Group HR activities as required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with 3–5 years in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Heavy need for skills in:
- Strong leadership
- Experience managing complex employment relations cases
- Delivering organisational change
- Working with Trade Unions in a heavily unionised environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills are essential
