HR Manager - 6 Month FTC
£50,000
Hybrid (3 days onsite, Central London)
Must be free for an Immediate Start
We're partnering with a creative production business, who need an HR Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month FTC, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys being at the heart of the employee lifecycle. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you'll provide operational HR support across the business, ensuring a seamless experience for employees while keeping day-to-day people processes running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
- Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.
- Supporting payroll administration and employee data management.
- Managing absence and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Reporting and analysis using Workday.
About you:
- Previous experience in a HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
- Experience working within a creative, media, advertising, production or agency environment is essential.
- Production, content or post-production industry experience would be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business.
- A proactive, self-sufficient approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with Workday is beneficial, but not essential.
