What You’ll Do
You will:
- Support the delivery of operational targets at Larbert Operations by providing HR functional support
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices that align with operational and financial objectives
- Foster a work culture that promotes:
- Team involvement
- Continuous improvement
- Champion HR best practice
- Assiste AD Group HR activities as required
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional with:
- 3–5 years in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience managing:
- Complex Employment Relations (ER) cases
- Organisational change initiatives
- Engagements with Trade Unions (critical in a unionised workplace)
- Excellent skills in:
- Communication
- Coaching
- Influencing
