What You’ll Do

You will:

  • Support the delivery of operational targets at Larbert Operations by providing HR functional support
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices that align with operational and financial objectives
  • Foster a work culture that promotes:
    • Team involvement
    • Continuous improvement
  • Champion HR best practice
  • Assiste AD Group HR activities as required

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced HR professional with:

  • 3–5 years in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience managing:
    • Complex Employment Relations (ER) cases
    • Organisational change initiatives
    • Engagements with Trade Unions (critical in a unionised workplace)
  • Excellent skills in:
    • Communication
    • Coaching
    • Influencing
