HR Manager Overview

We are working with a highly successful fashion supplier who are looking for a HR Manager to join their Liverpool Office.

HR Manager Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process from creating job specs, screening candidates, arranging interviews, sending offer letters, and starter packs
  • Do inductions for new starters
  • Continuously review HR policy and procedures
  • Evaluate and develop employee relations
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Work with managers to ensure they have the tools to coach and discipline their teams effectively
  • Ensure compliance by monitoring the legal requirements

The HR Manager will be confident in their work in order to analyse and implement procedures and systems, as this is the first sole HR role within the company.

It will be beneficial, yet is not essential, for the HR Manager to have worked in fashion or have worked with international teams, but above all you must be both robust as well as an approachable people-person.

This role is based in the company’s Liverpool Office but must be prepared to travel to their London offices when necessary.
